Acceptable Use Policy

Covered Applications

This policy applies to all applications powered by the Pixel Point ERP Platform, including:

  • • Hula Market (Consumer Marketplace)
  • • Pixel Point POS (Merchant Point-of-Sale Application)
  • • Pixel Point Terminal (Store Checkout Application)
  • • Other current and future Pixel Point-powered applications

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all Pixel Point ERP Platform applications. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

1. Prohibited Activities
A. Illegal Activities

You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws:

  • ✗ Selling counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods
  • ✗ Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • ✗ Fraud, identity theft, or phishing
  • ✗ Tax evasion or customs violations
  • ✗ Violating intellectual property rights
  • ✗ Trading illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
  • ✗ Child exploitation or abuse
  • ✗ Human trafficking or forced labor
B. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
  • ✗ Creating fake accounts or using false identities
  • ✗ Manipulating reviews, ratings, or rankings
  • ✗ Posting misleading product descriptions or prices
  • ✗ Bait-and-switch tactics
  • ✗ Falsely claiming items are in stock
  • ✗ Providing fake tracking information
  • ✗ Misrepresenting business identity or credentials
C. Platform Abuse & Manipulation
  • ✗ Attempting to hack, breach security, or gain unauthorized access
  • ✗ Scraping or data mining platform content
  • ✗ Using bots, scripts, or automated tools (except authorized APIs)
  • ✗ Reverse engineering platform software
  • ✗ DDoS attacks or overloading system resources
  • ✗ Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • ✗ Circumventing payment or commission fees
D. Harmful Content
  • ✗ Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • ✗ Spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters
  • ✗ Hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • ✗ Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • ✗ Graphic violence or gore
  • ✗ Content promoting self-harm or suicide

2. Seller-Specific Prohibited Conduct
Product Listing Violations
  • ✗ Listing banned or restricted items (weapons, drugs, tobacco in prohibited regions)
  • ✗ Using copyrighted images without permission
  • ✗ Hiding defects or misrepresenting condition
  • ✗ Keyword stuffing or misleading tags
  • ✗ Duplicate listings for the same product
Transaction Violations
  • ✗ Shipping counterfeit or different items than listed
  • ✗ Refusing legitimate refunds or returns
  • ✗ Charging hidden fees not disclosed upfront
  • ✗ Accepting payment outside the platform
  • ✗ Failing to ship within stated timeframes
Review & Rating Manipulation
  • ✗ Offering incentives for positive reviews
  • ✗ Deleting or hiding negative feedback
  • ✗ Posting fake reviews using multiple accounts
  • ✗ Paying for review services

3. Buyer-Specific Prohibited Conduct
  • ✗ Making purchases with stolen payment methods
  • ✗ Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • ✗ Abusing return policies (wardrobing, bracketing)
  • ✗ Harassing sellers with unreasonable demands
  • ✗ Leaving false negative reviews
  • ✗ Reselling purchased items in violation of seller terms

4. Content & Communication Standards

All user-generated content (product listings, reviews, messages, profiles) must:

  • • Be accurate and truthful
  • • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • • Respect intellectual property rights
  • • Be respectful and professional
  • • Protect privacy (no posting personal info of others)
✗ Prohibited Content
  • • Obscenity, profanity, or vulgarity
  • • Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, etc.
  • • Political or religious propaganda
  • • Misleading claims or false advertising
  • • Contact information to circumvent platform

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

1. Content Removal

Immediate removal of violating listings, reviews, or posts without notice.

2. Account Warning

Formal warning for minor or first-time violations. Warnings remain on your account record.

3. Temporary Suspension

Account suspension for 7-90 days for repeated or serious violations. No access to platform during suspension.

4. Permanent Ban

Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations. All associated accounts and devices may be blocked.

5. Financial Penalties

Withholding payouts, charging penalty fees, or pursuing debt collection for damages caused.

6. Legal Action

Civil lawsuits for fraud, damages, or breach of contract. Criminal prosecution for illegal activities.

7. Law Enforcement Reporting

Reporting criminal activity to police, tax authorities, or regulatory agencies with full cooperation.

⚠️ Important Notice

Continuum Technologies reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice for any conduct that threatens platform security, user safety, or legal compliance. Enforcement decisions are final and may not be appealable.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

  • • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  • • Description of the violation

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending you an email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
